Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, January 2025 – Anne Mette Gam Kristensen has been appointed as Vice President, People & Organisation, Region EUCAN at Novo Nordisk. In her new role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational growth across the EUCAN region, leveraging her extensive experience within the company.
Anne Mette has been a part of Novo Nordisk for approximately 12 years, holding various leadership roles in human resources. Most recently, she served as Director, People & Organisation, Novo Nordisk Quality, where she was instrumental in driving global quality initiatives and process simplifications while supporting over 2,200 employees across the value chain.

Prior to this, she served as Director, PS Quality People & Organisation, leading HR strategies for Product Supply Quality Assurance, a critical department ensuring product quality across Novo Nordisk’s global operations. Earlier, she contributed as HR Business Partner, Corporate Finance, and HR Business Partner, CMC Clinical Supplies (R&D), supporting HR functions within finance, supply chain, and R&D divisions.
Before joining Novo Nordisk, Anne Mette held senior HR roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Nordea, contributing to leadership development, organizational transformation, and HR process improvements.
