Lisle, Illinois, United States, July 2024 – Anne Swenson has been appointed as the new Director of Human Resources at DCC Propane, LLC. With a strong background in HR management and business development, Anne will be instrumental in leading HR initiatives and supporting the company’s growth and innovation in the energy sector.
Anne Swenson brings extensive experience in human resources and business development to her new role at DCC Propane. Prior to joining DCC Propane, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at MAC Rx, LLC from November 2023 to July 2024, and as the Senior Director of Human Resources from July 2019 to November 2023. At MAC Rx, Anne was responsible for recruiting, HR management, and workforce development.
Before her tenure at MAC Rx, Anne was a HR Specialist at MidwestHR, LLC from April 2014 to July 2019, where she honed her skills in HR consulting and management. Her early career included roles such as Women’s Board Coordinator at The Field Museum and Museum Manager at the Hinsdale Historical Society, where she managed programming, volunteer coordination, and exhibit planning.
Anne has also been actively involved with the Hinsdale Historical Society as a Member of the Board of Trustees from September 2015 to September 2021, contributing to the preservation and promotion of local history.
