Plano, Texas, United States, June 2024 – NIIT Managed Training Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Antara Harve as the new Sr. Director – Learning Design & Delivery. Antara brings extensive experience in learning design and delivery, and will lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences via content, technology, and service optimization.
Antara Harve joins NIIT with a wealth of experience in learning and development. Most recently, she served as the Sr. Director – Learning Design and Strategic Account Management at HurixDigital for 2 years, where she led learning design initiatives and managed strategic accounts, significantly enhancing the company’s learning solutions and client relationships.
Prior to HurixDigital, Antara held the position of Director – Instructional Design at MPS Interactive Systems for over 4 years. In this role, she was responsible for learning consulting, learning experience design, instructional design, client relationship management, and service excellence. She worked with L&D teams of world-class organizations, creating a variety of learning solutions including simulations, games, web-based modules, and blended learning.
Antara also served as a Senior Consultant at Tata Interactive Systems, USA for over 12 years. She conducted needs analysis, designed holistic training solutions, managed client relationships, and led multiple concurrent projects effectively. Her expertise in instructional design and client management was pivotal in delivering high-quality learning solutions.
At Tata Interactive Systems, she also held roles as a Consultant-Instructional Design and Senior Specialist-Instructional Design, where she designed instructional strategies, created macro and micro design documents, conducted onsite consulting studies, and led cross-functional teams.
Antara’s career includes earlier roles as Lead Instructional Writer at Tata Interactive Systems in Mumbai, India, where she designed course curricula, instructional approaches, and media strategies, while leading a team of instructional designers.
