Houston, Texas, United States, January 2025 – Antonia P. has been named Vice President of Human Resources at Allied Group. In her new role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, drive workforce development, and enhance talent management strategies to support the company’s growth and employee engagement.
Before stepping into her new role, Antonia served as Human Resource Director at Allied International Pipes & Fittings, where she played a pivotal role in managing HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee development strategies for nearly 10 years.
Prior to that, she was Human Resource Manager at Allied Alloys LP, where she specialized in HRIS management, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning. She also served as Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter at Packaging Service Co., Inc., where she managed full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
Earlier in her career, Antonia gained valuable HR experience as Senior HR Generalist at DynCorp International and Job Specialist at Viceroy (GE Subsidiary) Inc., further strengthening her expertise in HR policies, labor relations, and training & development.
