Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Ramandeep Singh Sahni has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel at Bajaj Finserv, succeeding S Sreenivasan, who will now serve as President (Insurance and Special Projects). With a strong background in financial strategy, risk management, and operations in the insurance sector, Ramandeep brings decades of expertise in finance leadership across both life and general insurance businesses.
Prior to his new role, Ramandeep served as Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, where he led financial governance, operational efficiencies, and risk management strategies. His leadership played a crucial role in enhancing financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Before that, he held the position of CFO at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and internal controls for the company. His strategic acumen helped drive the company’s growth and financial stability over his tenure.
Earlier in his career, Ramandeep spent over 12 years at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where he held senior leadership roles in finance and internal audit. His contributions to financial governance and compliance frameworks were instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial discipline and operational integrity.
Ramandeep is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), bringing a unique blend of financial expertise and digital risk management knowledge to his new role.
