Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – TresVista has announced the appointment of Anukriti M. as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. In this role, she will lead the company’s global hiring strategies to strengthen its workforce and support TresVista’s mission of providing high-caliber offshore support services across industries and geographies.
Anukriti joins TresVista after a successful tenure at Global Payments Inc., where she served as Talent Acquisition Site Lead for the West & North regions. Based in Pune, she managed regional talent acquisition strategies and ensured delivery excellence across critical business units.
Prior to that, she was associated with Microgreen Technologies®, where she was deployed at a client site as Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing large-scale hiring processes. Her role involved aligning talent acquisition with organizational priorities and driving efficient recruitment outcomes.
Earlier, Anukriti contributed to bp as Talent Acquisition & Strategy Manager, where she played a pivotal role in delivering over 6,000 resources in less than six years. She also mentored junior team members, developed financial models to support executive decisions, and built strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable long-term collaboration and alignment.
Her career foundation was shaped at HCLTech, where she spent more than five years as a Talent Acquisition and Operations Partner (RPO Lead). She led recruitment process outsourcing, strengthened talent pools, and managed stakeholder relationships with a focus on operational excellence. Anukriti also gained early experience as a Technical Recruitment Consultant, honing her expertise in executive search, strategic sourcing, and talent pool management.
Anukriti holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, equipping her with strong business acumen to complement her extensive HR and recruitment expertise.
