Prior to joining InvokHR, Apurv served as CHRO at Bridgestone India for over five years, where he was instrumental in developing high-performing teams, optimizing talent strategies, and enhancing HR governance to drive business excellence.
Before Bridgestone, he was the Country Head HR for India and South Asia at Syngenta, leading HR transformation across multiple geographies. His expertise spans leadership development, HR digitization, and cultural integration in multinational environments.
Apurv also held key HR leadership positions at Honeywell, Tata AutoComp Systems, TE Connectivity, Tetra Pak, and Alcan, where he played a crucial role in HR strategy, talent management, and workforce development across various industries.
