Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Apurva Srivastava has joined Rossari Biotech Limited as Head – HR & Corporate Communications, marking a significant leadership addition to the organization’s people and communication strategy.
In this role, Apurva will lead end-to-end HR strategy along with corporate communications, focusing on aligning people practices with business growth, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing stakeholder engagement across the company’s global operations.
Prior to joining Rossari Biotech Limited, Apurva Srivastava served as Principal Consultant at HR Anexi, where he led organizational diagnostics, HR strategy design, and performance management interventions, helping organizations align talent frameworks with business objectives and drive engagement-led transformation.
He also worked independently through PAAS Interventions, delivering HR advisory, coaching, and mentoring services to SMEs and NGOs, further strengthening his expertise in building agile and scalable HR systems.
Earlier, he held the role of Head of Human Resources at Chembond Chemicals Limited, where he led HR and employee relations functions, implementing initiatives in talent management, training and development, performance management systems, and statutory compliance, while strengthening leadership capability across the organization.
Before this, as Deputy General Manager – HR at Gharda Chemicals Limited, he played a pivotal role in driving large-scale HR interventions across manufacturing plants, including performance appraisal systems, workforce planning, succession planning, and union negotiations, while supporting business expansion and strategic planning initiatives.
His earlier leadership experience includes serving as Head HR at Biostadt India Limited and Indian Register of Shipping, where he led learning & development, leadership pipeline creation, employee engagement, and strategic HR transformation programs, significantly contributing to organizational capability building.
He began his career with organizations such as A.T.E. Group, K Raheja Corp, and Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd, developing strong foundations in HR development, performance management, and corporate HR operations.
