Ariel St. Clair brings over a decade of rich experience in People Operations, Organizational Development, and Talent Strategy across technology, consulting, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she was with Bidgely, a Silicon Valley-based energy intelligence company, where she served as People Operations Business Partner for three years. At Bidgely, she built scalable people systems, designed competency frameworks, implemented leadership development programs, and improved onboarding efficiency by 40%. She also coached executives and HR leaders to strengthen talent calibration and workforce planning.
Earlier, Ariel held roles as an Organizational Development Consultant with both Volunteers of America and the Spokane Independent Metro Business Alliance, where she led major merger integrations, developed workforce strategies, and implemented process-optimization systems that improved efficiency and employee retention. Her contributions earned praise from clients for her ability to understand organizational needs deeply and translate them into impactful HR solutions.
