This new role is a testament to her impactful tenure at the company, where she has significantly contributed to HR initiatives and talent management strategies. Gulotta’s expanded responsibilities now include overseeing Recruiting and HR Operations, encompassing total rewards, HRIS, and HR Data and Analytics.

With over a decade of experience in the HR field, Gulotta’s journey has been marked by significant achievements and strategic leadership roles. Prior to her promotion, she served as Senior Director, HR Business Partnership & Talent Management at ExecOnline. Here, she played a critical role in partnering with the business and talent teams to support the company’s workforce, demonstrating a keen focus on employee relations and participating in the transformation to a SaaS structure.

Gulotta’s appointment as Vice President, Human Resources at ExecOnline comes at a pivotal time as the company continues to grow and evolve. Her deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR planning positions her perfectly to lead ExecOnline’s HR initiatives forward. With a focus on enhancing the company’s culture, driving HR innovation, and supporting the development of future-ready leaders, Gulotta’s leadership is expected to further ExecOnline’s position as an employer of choice in the competitive tech and education sectors.

Before joining ExecOnline, Gulotta held key positions at Mondo, where she led the HR function and was instrumental in organizational development and business operations. As Director of Human Resources at Mondo, she worked closely with the CEO and executive team to develop HR strategies that aligned with business goals, demonstrating her ability to drive change and foster employee engagement.
