Her prior experiences also include significant roles at the University Health Network (UHN) in Canada and the Ontario Renal Network, where she led efforts in innovative care delivery models, improved patient flows, and the rollout of province-wide value-based innovations.

Reflecting on her appointment, Lewis shared, “We have a unique opportunity to reimagine the patient experience and set the gold standard with AI-guided patient intakes. I am honored to collaborate with best-in-class clinicians and experts at FirstHx to digitally transform the medical history-taking process to improve the clinician workflow, patient care, and the patient experience by orders of magnitude.”

Lewis’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and Management, and a Master of Science in Nursing, Leadership, and Education, with clinical specialization in Nephrology and Critical Care.
