With a career spanning nearly three decades, Arijeet has a proven track record in driving growth and strategic initiatives in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Prior to his new role at MAHLE, Arijeet was the President at Talbros Indiparts, where he significantly contributed to the development of the aftermarket division. His journey in the industry also includes prominent positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Motherson Group, and earlier roles at Uno Minda as General Manager and Head of Marketing and Sourcing, and at Hella, where he managed product strategy and sourcing functions.
His extensive international exposure, with significant contributions in APAC, Europe, and the US, and his deep expertise in marketing, product development, and operations, make him a pivotal addition to MAHLE. Arijeet is an alumnus of the University of Virginia and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, enhancing his strategic and operational capabilities to propel MAHLE’s aftermarket ambitions in India.
