Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Kapiva has appointed Arsh Rachit as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its executive leadership team as the Ayurvedic wellness brand enters its next phase of growth. In his new role, he will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, organizational culture, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives, supporting Kapiva’s continued expansion and long-term business objectives.
With over 17 years of leadership experience across consumer technology, fintech, retail, manufacturing, banking, FMCG, and healthcare, Arsh Rachit brings deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, compensation and benefits, employer branding, organizational development, HR operations, leadership hiring, and people transformation. His appointment reflects Kapiva’s commitment to building a high-performing organization as it continues to scale its modern Ayurvedic wellness business.
Prior to joining Kapiva, Arsh Rachit spent more than seven years at PhonePe, where he most recently served as Head – HR Centres of Excellence & International HR, leading key functions including Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, HR Operations, HR Systems, HR Products, and Talent Management. Earlier, he served as Head – HR Business Partner, partnering with the company’s Online, Offline, and Advertising businesses to drive strategic people initiatives and support rapid organizational growth.
Earlier in his career, Arsh Rachit played a pivotal role in establishing Gap Inc. Technologies’ Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India as Head – Human Resources, scaling the organization from 20 to over 500 employees while building people practices across talent acquisition, talent management, and compensation. He also held leadership roles at GE Appliances, where he managed HR during the company’s transition to Haier, Standard Chartered Bank, where he led talent acquisition across multiple business verticals and leadership hiring across Asia, PepsiCo, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, and Hero Honda Motors, building broad expertise across organizational design, manufacturing HR, capability development, and business partnering.
