Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Arti Hiralaher has joined FirstMeridian as the Head for Energy and Infrastructure Practice for setting up Management Search & Selection Business. A seasoned professional with 25 years of experience, Arti has built a reputation for excellence in leadership and mid-level hiring across the Manufacturing, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. In her new role, she will leverage her deep expertise to drive strategic recruitment initiatives, enhance talent acquisition processes, and deliver impactful solutions for clients.
Arti most recently served as Director at Scaler Consulting, where she led pan-India IT and non-IT C-suite searches for large diversified groups and industrial houses. Her leadership over the past three years established her as a trusted advisor for strategic talent acquisition across multiple industries.
Prior to this, Arti held the role of Associate Partner (Practice Lead – Industrial and Diversity) at Quess Corp Limited, where she spearheaded executive searches and diversity inclusion initiatives. She successfully managed talent strategies for sectors including Infrastructure, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Power, EPC, Automotive, and Manufacturing.
Arti also served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition & Engagement at Human Elevation (Legal League Consulting), focusing on recruitment for legal firms and corporate in-house legal teams. Her leadership included business development for corporate clients and execution of C-suite roles.
Earlier in her career, Arti was DGM – Talent Acquisition at Essar Steel, where she led leadership recruitment strategies and oversaw hiring activities both domestically and internationally. Her tenure at The Head Hunters India Pvt. Ltd. and TRP Consultants Pvt. Ltd. further solidified her expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment for prestigious clients across diverse industries.
