Bangalore, India, February 2025 – Arti Sharma has been named Vice President of Human Resources – Country HR Leader for Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric India. In this role, she will lead HR strategy and operations for Schneider Electric’s extensive supply chain workforce, ensuring organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning to drive business growth and innovation.
With over 13 years at Schneider Electric, Arti has held multiple senior HR leadership positions, overseeing talent management, workforce transformation, and global HR strategy.
Prior to this role, Arti served as HRVP & Talent Manager for Global Marketing at Schneider Electric, where she was responsible for human resource business partnering and global talent strategy. She played a pivotal role in enhancing workplace culture, driving leadership development, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and geographies.
She also held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Luminous Power Technology (a Schneider Electric company), where she led HR, administration, and corporate social responsibility functions for a 6,500-member workforce across sales, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing. Her contributions were instrumental in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, talent planning, and organizational change management.
Earlier, Arti worked at India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., where she held various leadership roles, including Head of Business Planning and Division Head of HR. During her tenure, she spearheaded strategic workforce planning, HR transformation, and business process optimization, establishing talent acquisition, learning & development, and compensation structures that enhanced organizational effectiveness.
Her extensive HR leadership experience also includes key roles at Sun Life Financial, Panasonic AVC Network India, and Megatronics Devices Ltd., where she specialized in HR strategy, employee engagement, and change management.
