Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – Ashita Jain has been appointed as Director – People Business Partner at MICT DP World, bringing with her nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across fintech, logistics, and infrastructure sectors. In her new role, Ashita will be responsible for driving strategic people initiatives, talent development, and performance transformation across the DP World India operations.
Before joining MICT DP World, Ashita Jain served as Vice President – Human Resources at WadzPay for over three years, where she led HR strategy across APAC, MENA, and Japan. She spearheaded performance excellence systems, integrated HR technologies, implemented ATS and HRMS platforms, and drove cost optimization initiatives that saved over INR 1.8 crore. Her work in aligning HR with business growth objectives and enabling global talent mobilization stood out during her tenure.
Previously, Ashita held the position of AVP – HR & COE at RattanIndia Finance, where she played a pivotal role in setting up new verticals across NBFC, Fintech, E-commerce, and EV manufacturing during the COVID era. She led Mercer-backed benchmarking and implemented reward processes, learning programs, and automated HR systems, resulting in substantial cost efficiencies.
Ashita also served as General Manager – HR at J M Baxi Group, leading a team across PAN India and optimizing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Her responsibilities included workforce planning, leadership development, and strengthening performance management processes. Earlier, as DGM – HR at Caparo Engineering, she focused on restructuring, capability building, and HRMS automation across 12 group companies.
Her career journey further includes leadership roles at Apollo International, Gateway Rail, Uflex, and HCL Technologies, where she gained extensive experience in HR operations, policy development, industrial relations, and employee engagement across diverse sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and technology.
