Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States, January 2025 — Ashley Sharp has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM). In her new role, Sharp will be responsible for leading the organization’s people strategy, enhancing talent management practices, and strengthening employee relations as part of AIM’s mission to cultivate a high-performance workplace.
Before joining Aviation Institute of Maintenance, Ashley Sharp served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sandvine for nearly four years, where she led global HR strategies focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational transformation.

Previously, she spent over ten years at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in multiple leadership roles, including Senior People Services Director and Regional People Services Director, where she was instrumental in implementing strategic talent management programs, workforce planning, and employee relations across multiple campuses.
Sharp also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Broadlane, where she provided comprehensive HR consultation on policy development, compensation, and organizational design. Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Manager at Essilor of America, focusing on benefits, compensation, and organizational development.
