Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, August 2025 – Ashley White has been promoted to Vice President, People & Culture Operations at Peoples Group. In her new role, she will oversee strategic people initiatives, operational excellence in HR processes, and culture-driven programs to support the organization’s continued growth in Canada’s dynamic financial services sector.
Ashley White has been with Peoples Group for nearly six years. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, People & Culture for over four years, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, implementing innovative people programs, and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to that, she was Manager, People & Culture, where she contributed to strengthening HR operations and improving workplace culture.
Before joining Peoples Group, Ashley was Human Capital Business Partner at Telecon for nearly three years. In this role, she provided end-to-end HR business partnership to operational teams, supported talent acquisition strategies, and advised leadership on organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Human Resources Generalist at Alexander College, where she supported the college’s HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. She also served as Human Resources Project Consultant at Club Intrawest, where she delivered project-based HR solutions to support organizational needs.
Ashley holds an International Master of Business Administration & Sustainability from Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences (completed in 2025).
