Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2024 – Ashutosh Pandey has joined SalesCode.ai as the new Global Sales Director. Pandey is eager to contribute to the team, leveraging his extensive experience to drive SalesCode.ai’s growth and strengthen its market position.
Pandey’s most recent role was at Mettl, where he served in various leadership positions over approximately eight years. As the Head of Product Sales for one year, he managed sales target and pipeline management, developed leadership, and educational programs, and oversaw key product lines including Mercer | Mettl Talent Assessments and Mercer | Mettl Coding Assessments. Prior to this, Pandey was the Head of Strategic Partnerships for one and a half years, where he excelled in sales target and pipeline management, enhancing the company’s strategic partnerships. He also served as the Business Head – Indonesia for one and a half years, managing the sales strategy for the region.
Earlier at Mettl, Pandey held the roles of Senior Director – Strategic Business, Director – Strategic Business, and Senior Manager – Strategic Business. Throughout these positions, he consistently achieved sales targets, managed strategic business initiatives, and handled key business and strategic partnerships for North India. He also played a significant role in pitching Mettl’s solutions and consultative services to CXO-level executives and managing assessment centers for succession planning.
Before joining Mettl, Pandey worked at PubliGroupe as a Manager – Sales for four months, where he was involved in managing a niche digital platform for business, news, travel, sports, and technology. He also held the position of Deputy Manager – Sales at Firstnaukri.com for nearly two years, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion in the Delhi NCR region.
Pandey’s career began at HCL Technologies as a Team Lead, where he led a team of 15 sales executives, planned and executed sales strategies, and developed training plans for the team. He also worked at IBM as a Specialist – Sales for just over a year, where he honed his sales skills and contributed to the company’s growth.
