Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – October 2024 – Atrayee T. has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at ReCircle, a leading clean-tech company focusing on sustainable waste management. In her new role, she will lead ReCircle’s HR strategy, with a focus on building a sustainable workforce, enhancing talent development, and driving employee engagement to support the company’s mission of fostering a circular economy in India.
Atrayee T. previously served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lockated for nearly two years, where she led HR strategies, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. Before that, she worked as an HR Manager at the same organization for approximately four years, focusing on talent acquisition and workforce development.
Prior to Lockated, she was a SAP HCM Consultant at Atos Origin in Mumbai for over two years, where she managed HR system solutions, enhancing HR operations through process automation and integration.
Earlier in her career, Atrayee served as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at SREI BNP Paribas in Kolkata for almost three years, handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to support talent growth and retention.
