Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 — Caparo Engineering India Ltd has announced the appointment of Atul Jain as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer – Caparo Engineering I Ltd, a key leadership role where he will spearhead the strategic direction and growth of the company’s engineering business in India.
Atul Jain brings with him an extensive career spanning over two decades in the fasteners and tubes manufacturing domain. His journey with Caparo Engineering India Ltd began more than 18 years ago, and over the years, he has held several pivotal roles within the organization. Most recently, he served as Executive Director and CEO – Tubes & Fasteners Business, a position he has held since December 2022, leading critical operational and strategic initiatives across business verticals.
Before that, he was elevated as Chief Operating Officer – Fasteners & Tubes in August 2022, where he was instrumental in streamlining business operations and enhancing manufacturing efficiencies. His deep expertise and commitment to the company’s values have earned him a reputation as a transformative leader within Caparo.
Prior to joining Caparo, Atul Jain spent 12 years with Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd, where he served as Senior Manager – Marketing, gaining significant experience in business development and market expansion in the precision engineering sector.
As Executive Director & CEO, Jain will now lead the next phase of growth for Caparo Engineering I Ltd, strengthening its manufacturing capabilities and further enhancing its customer and market reach.
