Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States – October 2024 – Aubrey McMahan has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources for IDEX Energy, a division of IDEX Corporation. In this new role, Aubrey will oversee the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development across the division. Working under the esteemed leadership of Law Burks, Hilary Bryant, and Todd Graf, Aubrey aims to build a robust HR framework aligned with IDEX Energy’s core objectives.
Prior to joining IDEX Energy, Aubrey served as the Division Human Resources Leader for Parker Hannifin from September 2023 to October 2024, overseeing HR strategy for the Hydraulic, Pump, and Power Systems Division. Aubrey’s leadership was instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing team engagement, and promoting a zero-incident safety environment within a $350M division.
Before Parker Hannifin, Aubrey was the Group Human Resources Director for the Industrial Coatings Group (ICG) at RPM International Inc., where she established a shared HR service team across five companies, streamlined operations, and developed automated HR systems. During her tenure from June 2022 to September 2023, she also contributed to RPM’s Center of Excellence in Greensboro, NC, enhancing HR capabilities and operations.
Aubrey also served as the Global Human Resources Director at Ideal Clamp Products, Inc. from August 2021 to June 2022, leading HR functions across the US, Poland, Italy, and China. Her role focused on addressing employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives to foster excellence and innovation across global operations.
Earlier in her career, Aubrey worked in senior HR roles within private equity and Apex Tool Group, where she managed HR strategies, plant closures, and workforce restructuring as part of acquisitions, reflecting her strong expertise in HR transformation and change management.
