Frank’s career at Holman exemplifies a trajectory of excellence and leadership. Prior to his promotion, he served as Executive Vice President, Automotive, where he was instrumental in optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences. His tenure also includes roles as Senior Vice President, Aftersales, where he led critical initiatives to streamline aftersales processes, and Senior Vice President, Corporate Assets and Chief Procurement Officer, focusing on procurement excellence and operational efficiency.

Before joining Holman, Frank held pivotal leadership roles at CSX Transportation, including Assistant Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations. These roles honed his expertise in financial strategy and supply chain operations, laying the groundwork for his success at Holman.

Frank’s influence extends beyond corporate leadership; he serves on the Board of Directors at VINCUE™ and is an Advisory Board Member for the Florida State University College of Business Supply Chain Program, reflecting his commitment to mentoring and developing the next generation of industry leaders.
