Before taking on this new role, Jaydeep Naha served at Siemens Energy as General Manager – Digital Products, Solutions & Project Execution. In that position, he led large global teams for energy project execution in the power plant and transmission space and helped set up processes and advanced engineering concepts for major HVDC and grid access projects. He also drove digital projects across new units and services in the energy sector, including autonomous operations, digital twins, BIM methodologies, robotics, and remote inspections. His work in this phase of his career also included creating business models for sustainable energy transition and contributing as a Siemens Energy Venture Partner focused on manufacturing and generative AI.

He also helped create EUR 33 million in business impact for Siemens Energy Ventures between FY23 and FY25, led a large-scale digital transformation project aimed at stabilizing EPC project business, and rolled out pilots that delivered cost savings in project execution. He additionally set up and led a new digital competence hub in India with corresponding service-level agreements.

In this role, he also contributed to project execution, supply-chain management, sustainability-linked business cases, strategy, digital transformation, and advising the global CEO on new business opportunities through portfolio and strategy projects. His achievements included receiving the Global Business Unit Excellence Award for new business fields, digitalization, and project stabilization, and being appointed among the Global Top Talent within Siemens.

During this phase, he supported sales and proposal engineering, project controlling, strategic planning, quality processes, lean workflows, recruitment, training, and vendor development across Europe and Asia. He delivered major supply chain savings and received several international awards for project execution and business case development.
