Greater Delhi Area,India, April 2026 — Jaydeep Naha has started a new chapter as Vice President and Head of the Global Competence Hub for Siemens Energy in India. In this role, he is leading the Global Competence Hub for Siemens Energy, overseeing more than 1,500 personnel across Digital & Cyber, Transmission, Generation, Industrial Applications, and large EPC Project Execution. He is also heading the Digital Business Line, including product management, digital grid business, robotics and physical AI, controls and digitalization for gas services, as well as innovation and venture clienting.
Before taking on this new role, Jaydeep Naha served at Siemens Energy as General Manager – Digital Products, Solutions & Project Execution. In that position, he led large global teams for energy project execution in the power plant and transmission space and helped set up processes and advanced engineering concepts for major HVDC and grid access projects. He also drove digital projects across new units and services in the energy sector, including autonomous operations, digital twins, BIM methodologies, robotics, and remote inspections. His work in this phase of his career also included creating business models for sustainable energy transition and contributing as a Siemens Energy Venture Partner focused on manufacturing and generative AI.
His accomplishments at Siemens Energy included leading innovation-to-sales-to-execution lifecycles for autonomous operations globally, generating over EUR 1 million in revenues in the first year for robotics and digital asset management services across Asia and Europe. He also helped create EUR 33 million in business impact for Siemens Energy Ventures between FY23 and FY25, led a large-scale digital transformation project aimed at stabilizing EPC project business, and rolled out pilots that delivered cost savings in project execution. He additionally set up and led a new digital competence hub in India with corresponding service-level agreements.
Prior to Siemens Energy, Jaydeep Naha held several senior leadership roles at Siemens. He served as General Manager – Project Execution & Sustainability, where he was responsible for competency development, resource management, and leadership development across EPC segments including mechanical, civil, plant layout, piping, and boiler. In this role, he also contributed to project execution, supply-chain management, sustainability-linked business cases, strategy, digital transformation, and advising the global CEO on new business opportunities through portfolio and strategy projects. His achievements included receiving the Global Business Unit Excellence Award for new business fields, digitalization, and project stabilization, and being appointed among the Global Top Talent within Siemens.
Earlier, he worked as Chief Global Manager & Department Head (Mechanical & Boiler) at Siemens AG, Austria, where he drove intercontinental business and engineering projects across Europe with senior project management responsibility and P&L oversight. During this phase, he supported sales and proposal engineering, project controlling, strategic planning, quality processes, lean workflows, recruitment, training, and vendor development across Europe and Asia. He delivered major supply chain savings and received several international awards for project execution and business case development. He also held earlier roles at Siemens as Senior Manager, Construction Liaisoning Manager, Manager, and Engineer, with assignments spanning India, Australia, Germany, Austria, and major global project environments.
Across his career, Jaydeep Naha has built a strong profile in energy technology, digital transformation, EPC project execution, innovation, sustainability, supply chain management, robotics, artificial intelligence, and global leadership. His new appointment at Siemens Energy reflects both the depth of his international experience and his long-standing contribution to the company’s evolving energy and digital agenda.
