Kolkata, West Bengal, India, May 2025 – Rajat Bhogal has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., a market leader in the Indian rail infrastructure and engineering sector. In his new role, Rajat will lead the organization’s overall human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation agenda across Texmaco’s diverse business verticals.
Rajat brings over 18 years of rich and progressive HR leadership experience across prominent industrial and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining Texmaco, he served as Head HR – India Region at UPL, where he spent over nine years in multiple HR leadership roles including HR Head – Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Lead PMS, and Site HR Head. During this tenure, he played a key role in aligning people strategies with operational goals and driving HR transformation across the business.
Earlier, he held the position of Associate Director – HR at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he contributed to various strategic HR initiatives, including talent development and organizational capability building. Before that, he began his career at Essar Power, where he spent over six years in HR management, gaining valuable experience in plant HR operations, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
Rajat holds an MBA in HR and International Marketing from IIPM, completed between 2004 and 2006.
