United States, September 2025 – Audra Branham has been appointed as Head of People Operations at Enel North America. In this role, she will oversee people operations strategy, workforce programs, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to Enel’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions across the US and Canada.
Audra has been with Enel North America for more than three years. Prior to her new appointment, she held roles of increasing responsibility, including Director, People Business Partner and Senior People Business Partner. Her contributions supported business transformation and employee engagement initiatives across Enel’s renewable energy operations.
Before joining Enel, Audra worked with Luminex Home Décor & Fragrance for nearly five years. She served as HR Business Partner and earlier as HR Shared Services Manager, where she oversaw HR programs, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and employee services across the US and Canada.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in HR at Candle-lite, including Supervisor, Compensation & Benefits and Compensation/Benefits Coordinator, where she managed payroll, benefits, and compliance programs while supporting workforce integration projects.
In addition to these roles, Audra’s career spans over two decades, including HR, operations, and people leadership roles at Turnstyles Ticketing, L & J Trucking Co., and the Cleveland Browns, where she built foundational expertise in employee engagement and organizational management.
