Raghav Datta Appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resource at HONO

Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – HONO, a leading HR-tech solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Mr. Raghav Datta as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resource. With over two decades of experience across consulting, enterprise HR, and strategic leadership, Mr. Datta brings a unique blend of business and people expertise to the dual role. He will oversee operations and lead the people function as HONO accelerates its growth and global expansion.

In his new role, Mr. Datta will focus on scaling business operations, enhancing employee experience, and driving HR transformation initiatives aligned with HONO’s vision of humanizing technology for the workforce of the future.

Prior to joining HONO, Mr. Raghav Datta served as Chief Executive Officer at WPPL Consultancy Limited for nearly five years, where he provided strategic guidance to organizations across Asia, leading high-impact transformation and advisory mandates.

Before that, he was associated with Mercer as a Principal Leader, where he played a senior consulting role with clients in India and abroad across HR transformation, rewards strategy, and organizational effectiveness.

He also served as Rewards Leader – India at Willis Towers Watson, where he worked closely with enterprise clients to design and deliver compensation strategies and performance frameworks.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Datta founded and led Omerta Consulting, spent time as an HR Generalist at Dell Technologies, and held leadership roles in HR at SAP India Pvt Ltd and Hewitt Associates. His journey reflects a strong foundation in HR operations, consulting, and leadership development.
