Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, January 2026 — Avaada Group has appointed Misha Bisht as Head – Talent Management, effective January 2026. In her new role, she will lead the group’s talent management agenda, supporting workforce capability, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness as Avaada accelerates its clean energy growth strategy.
Misha joins Avaada Group after serving as General Manager – Talent Management, Learning and Development at Jakson Group, where she led organisation-wide initiatives spanning talent development, learning frameworks, and employee recognition. Her role focused on strengthening leadership pipelines and building scalable people practices aligned with business transformation.
Prior to this, she spent over seven years with Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, where she held multiple HR leadership roles including Assistant General Manager – Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager. During this period, she worked extensively across employee relations, HR business partnering, and strategic human resources leadership supporting large, project-driven operations.
Earlier in her career, Misha spent close to a decade with UFLEX Group, progressing through roles such as Human Resources Officer, Senior Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources Manager. Her experience at UFLEX provided a strong foundation in core HR operations, workforce management, and employee relations across manufacturing environments.
Misha holds a postgraduate qualification from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, specialising in human resource management. With over 17 years of experience across energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors, she brings deep expertise in talent management, learning and development, and organisational capability building to her new role at Avaada Group.
