Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Ayan Banerjee has joined Indoco Remedies Ltd. as the Senior General Manager – Head of Learning & Organization Development (L&OD). In this pivotal role, Ayan will spearhead initiatives to drive organizational growth through advanced learning strategies and development frameworks, reinforcing Indoco’s commitment to employee excellence and innovation.
Ayan brings over 15 years of extensive experience in learning and development across leading pharmaceutical organizations. Before joining Indoco, he served at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. for 13 years, where he held several progressive roles, culminating as General Manager of Learning & Development. He led strategic learning initiatives, talent development, and capability building for the organization’s vast workforce.
Prior to Alkem, Ayan contributed to the success of MSN Laboratories Ltd. as Senior Training Manager and Training Manager, where he enhanced training methodologies and employee skillsets. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Lecturer at the College of Medical Sciences, Nepal, where he nurtured young professionals in medical education.
