With over 10 years of experience in human resources management, Aygun brings a wealth of expertise to her new role, where she will lead the HR strategy and operations for Planeta’s pharmacy network.
In her new role as Head of HR at Planeta Apteklər Şəbəkəsi, Aygun will focus on fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Before joining Planeta Apteklər Şəbəkəsi, Aygun held senior roles at Bioloji Təbabət Klinikası, where she served as Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager. In these positions, she was responsible for strategic HR planning, recruitment, and organizational development, while also overseeing clinic operations. Her leadership ensured efficient HR practices and streamlined operations at the clinic.
Aygun has also held significant roles at Planeta İKŞ, leading HR management and consulting initiatives. Her strategic insights and consulting skills enabled her to excel in executive search and HR consulting.
