In this role, Ayush will oversee Kent RO’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions, with a focus on enhancing the company’s governance framework, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategy.
Bringing over 17 years of multifaceted experience in corporate law, litigation, compliance, and governance, Ayush has a proven track record of aligning legal excellence with business objectives. Prior to joining Kent RO, he served as Senior General Manager – Legal & Compliance at Groupe SEB India, where he played a pivotal role in building a robust compliance culture, managing complex regulatory affairs, and reinforcing corporate governance across multiple business functions.
Earlier, Ayush held leadership roles with Olam, Ashland, Valvoline Inc., and Genpact, where he managed critical areas including mergers & acquisitions, regulatory due diligence, FCPA compliance, and corporate secretarial functions. He was instrumental in leading cross-functional teams, implementing compliance programs, and negotiating high-value contracts across jurisdictions. His pragmatic and business-focused legal approach has consistently driven organizational transparency and accountability.
