Bryan Proctor joined B2Gnow in the spring of 2024 as the company’s President. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including roles as Chief Executive Officer of Spatial Data Logic and President of the Public Safety Division at Tyler Technologies, Mr. Proctor brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to advancing B2Gnow’s vision and dedication to its customers. Known for his proven track record in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering collaborative leadership, he has dedicated his career to developing software solutions for state and local government agencies.

Justin Talbot-Stern, B2Gnow’s Co-Founder and former CEO, and Frank Begalke, Chief Operating Officer, will transition to roles as Strategic Advisors to the B2Gnow Executive Leadership Team, continuing their positions on the Board of Directors. They will remain active in supporting the B2Gnow team and working with clients to further enhance diversity compliance, labor compliance, and grant management tools.
