Giannasi, renowned for his innovation in healthcare, RCM, and artificial intelligence (“AI”), is poised to drive Aspirion’s mission of advancing provider and patient outcomes through AI and technology. Under Giannasi’s leadership, Aspirion is set to strengthen its role as a pioneer in AI-driven healthcare solutions, making healthcare more accessible and cost-effective. Amy Amick, who served as CEO and led significant advancements in Aspirion’s scale and maturity, will transition to the Board of Directors.

An Aspirion Board member since 2022, Giannasi has an impressive background in healthcare technology, holding patents in AI and technology innovations. His previous roles span leadership positions at Ciox (Chief Product Officer), Datavant (Head of Demand Side Product), Change Healthcare (Executive Vice President, Chief AI Officer, and Chief Data Officer), and Oracle (Vice President of Life Sciences Product Strategy). He also has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of Phenocure LTD, a biotech firm.
