In a strategic move poised to strengthen its foothold in the New Zealand market, Beca has announced the appointment of Andrea Rickard as the new Managing Director for New Zealand.
Starting April 2, 2024, Rickard will spearhead the development of Beca’s strategic direction in New Zealand, focusing on enhancing the brand’s visibility and influence across the region.

Rickard brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as General Manager of Beca’s Transport and Infrastructure business in New Zealand for the past five years. Her extensive background encompasses over 25 years in strategic advisory and assurance, as well as the planning and delivery of significant infrastructure projects across transport, utilities, and community infrastructure sectors.
