Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, March 2025 – Ben George has taken on the role of Chief Marketing Officer at 321 Group, the trusted lottery operator serving the Pacific Islands. In this newly assumed position, Ben will lead the company’s marketing and brand strategy across Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Vanuatu, and Kiribati, helping drive growth through innovative campaigns, community engagement, and a focus on responsible gaming.
Prior to joining 321 Group, Ben George was the Head of Marketing at Vodafone Papua New Guinea for nearly two years. During his time there, he was instrumental in strengthening the brand’s position in the telecom space and rolling out impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives tailored to PNG’s unique consumer base.
Earlier, he served as Client Account Director at Colony Group, managing The Coca-Cola Company account, where he delivered integrated brand and marketing strategies for the beverage giant across PNG. Before that, Ben was with Pacific Industries Ltd as National Trade Marketing Manager, leading trade activations and execution across the nation’s retail landscape.
Ben also held the role of Brand Manager at Paradise Foods Limited, where he oversaw the development and execution of national campaigns. His earlier experiences include working with SP Brewery Ltd as Heineken Brand Executive, Trukai Industries Limited as Integrated Marketing & Communications Executive, and ExxonMobil as a Media Analyst, providing him with a strong foundation in brand storytelling, communications, and media strategy.
