Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 — Gaurav Jain has been appointed as the Chief Growth Officer at Cosmos Pumps, where he will lead the company’s growth, diversification, and market expansion strategy. With a focus on strengthening Cosmos Pumps’ presence in India while driving international expansion in the Gulf, Russia, Africa, and Australia, he will play a key role in unlocking new business opportunities across mining, municipal infrastructure, oil & gas, and heavy industries.
In his current role at Cosmos Pumps, Gaurav is responsible for driving global expansion and diversification. His key responsibilities include market entry into new geographies, strategic partnerships, data-driven revenue growth, and scaling the company’s global presence in dewatering solutions. His leadership is pivotal in enhancing Cosmos’ market footprint and long-term competitiveness.
Prior to this, Gaurav served as Business Head & Director at BathXpertz, where he was part of the founding team. He played a crucial role in scaling the company from inception to a tech-driven bathroom renovation brand. From securing investor funding to launching an AI/AR-enabled app and defining strategic business plans, he managed the full P&L and led BathXpertz’ operational and marketing excellence.
Previously, he worked at BYJU’S as a Growth Strategist, where he led the expansion of the Tuition Centre vertical, developing a Pan-India location strategy, GTM plans, and collaborated closely with product and tech teams. He also oversaw customer lifecycle management, manpower planning, and KPI design to ensure scale and performance.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav co-founded Style Us Brands Pvt. Ltd., a fashion apparel manufacturing venture, and held strategy and operations roles at eClerx, Doosan Power Systems India, and Bank of India. He also had entrepreneurial stints and internships with exposure to investment banking operations and thermal power projects. His early leadership journey began with founding Fundoofreelancers, a digital content firm catering to global clients.
