United Kingdom, August 2025 – Beth Howells has been appointed as Head of People at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, where she will oversee the people strategy for the company’s Nuclear business unit. In this role, she will focus on aligning HR initiatives with the specialized needs of nuclear operations, driving talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement to support the long-term success of the sector.
Howells has been with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since 2022, progressing through key HR leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner (2024–2025) and HR Manager (2022–2024), where she supported large-scale projects and implemented people strategies across business units.
Before joining Morgan Sindall, Howells built extensive experience in HR and talent management across multiple industries. She was Senior Rewards Consultant at Inchcape plc, focusing on compensation and benefits strategy. At Nidec Drives – Control Techniques, she held progressive roles from HR Advisor – UK Manufacturing to Senior HR Advisor – Group, Sales & Asia Pacific Region, gaining international HR expertise. Earlier in her career, she worked as Senior Recruitment Advisor at Abacare, where she managed end-to-end recruitment strategies.
Her career reflects a strong track record in talent management, reward strategy, employee relations, and HR leadership.
