In her new role, she will lead end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, statutory compliance, HR policy formulation, and HRMS implementation. Bhagya will also drive process optimization and workforce efficiency across the group’s multiple business entities.
With over 12 years of progressive HR experience, Bhagya brings a strong record of designing structured, compliant, and scalable HR systems that enable both business growth and employee engagement. She is passionate about creating data-driven HR frameworks and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Before joining KVR Group, Bhagya spent nearly eight years with Hetero, where she played a key role in strengthening HR operations, compliance, and process governance. Earlier, she served as Human Resources Specialist at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd., where she contributed to talent acquisition, training, and policy development, supporting the company’s large-scale workforce across India.
