Bharath assumes the role with extensive experience in engineering leadership, global operations, digital transformation, product development, and technology innovation across some of the world’s leading technology organizations.
As CEO, Bharath will lead SA Technologies’ strategic vision, business growth initiatives, global operations, innovation roadmap, and customer success strategy. His appointment comes at a time when enterprises across industries are accelerating investments in Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, Cloud Technologies, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining SA Technologies, Bharath served as Global VP Engineering and Head of Inspera India, where he led engineering strategy, product innovation, organizational growth, and technology delivery initiatives. His leadership helped strengthen Inspera’s engineering capabilities while supporting the company’s global expansion and innovation agenda.
Before Inspera, Bharath was Senior Director of Engineering and India Site Leader at Blackhawk Network India, where he led a 400+ employee technology organization and oversaw engineering, product management, budgeting, talent development, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. During his tenure, he championed employee engagement programs, strengthened employer branding efforts, and played a key role in building a high-performance engineering culture.
Earlier, he served as Director of Engineering at Blackhawk Network, where he successfully established and scaled engineering teams across multiple technology platforms while leading strategic technology roadmaps and product development initiatives. He also spent more than nine years with Intuit as Senior Development Manager, driving large-scale technology programs, cloud transformation initiatives, and engineering excellence across the QuickBooks Enterprise ecosystem.
His distinguished career additionally includes leadership and engineering roles with McAfee, IBM India Software Labs, Telelogic India Pvt. Ltd., and Perot Systems, providing him with deep expertise across enterprise software, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, product engineering, organizational leadership, and digital innovation.
With over two decades of experience building high-performing teams, leading large-scale engineering organizations, driving digital transformation, and delivering customer-centric technology solutions, Bharath brings a strong combination of strategic vision and operational leadership to SA Technologies.
