Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, November 2025 — Bharath Shivappa has begun a new chapter in his leadership journey as the Managing Director at Aspen Next Limited, where he will lead the growth and strategic direction of the next-generation multifamily office platform. In this role, he is focused on supporting global ultra-high-net-worth families exploring the UAE as a base for investments, global structuring, international living, and legacy planning. His mandate includes advancing cross-border advisory, governance frameworks, strategic client partnerships, and the development of a high-touch, technology-enabled platform built for modern global families.
Before stepping into his new appointment, Bharath most recently served at JetSynthesys as Chief Business Officer, where he drove strategic expansion initiatives and supported high-growth global technology ventures. His leadership contributed to strengthening value creation pathways, ecosystem partnerships, and long-term business scalability in an innovation-led environment.
Prior to this, Bharath played a pivotal role at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) for more than three years, where he operated as Executive Vice President, Business Development, following his role as Asia Sector Head, Markets. During his tenure, he was instrumental in advancing market development strategies, client acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships that supported Asian enterprises expanding globally through the UAE. His work was focused on accelerating investment flows, enabling cross-border business setup, and deepening institutional collaboration for growth.
Earlier in his career, Bharath held leadership roles shaping business development, strategy, and market positioning across global and Indian enterprises. As Chief Strategy & Development Officer at J. Sagar Associates (JSA) and previously as Director and Head of Business Development & Marketing at Deloitte India, he led go-to-market strategy, key account programs, CXO engagement, and revenue growth initiatives, playing a crucial role in elevating brand positioning in competitive markets.
Bharath’s foundational expertise was shaped through business development and enterprise growth roles at MIDAS Manchester’s Inward Investment Agency, Vodafone Global Enterprise, BPL Mobile, and Usha Informatics, where he built strong early experience in relationship management, mobility solutions, revenue strategy, market expansion, and corporate partnerships.
Bharath holds a Senior Management Program credential from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) from SCMS Group of Institutions.
