Singapore, October 2025 — Kenvue, the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company, has announced that Bhawna Bakshi has transitioned into a new role leading Executive & Leadership Hiring for the Asia-Pacific region. In this capacity, Bhawna will focus on strengthening Kenvue’s leadership talent ecosystem, driving strategic search initiatives, and deepening partnerships with regional leaders to attract and develop high-impact executives across APAC.
This transition marks a return to Bhawna’s core passion—executive search, talent strategy, and building strong leadership pipelines within a dynamic regional context. After an enriching experience in a global capacity, she will now concentrate on fostering deeper market connectivity, enhancing collaboration with business leaders, and advancing Kenvue’s mission of improving daily lives through trusted health brands.
Bhawna has been part of Kenvue for over two years, previously serving as Global People Experience Owner, where she played a pivotal role in shaping intelligent employee experiences across hiring, mobility, onboarding, and learning. She led global digital transformation initiatives, aligning HR systems like Workday with leadership priorities, and connecting workforce analytics to strategic decision-making. Her efforts strengthened the company’s HR digital ecosystem and employee engagement at scale.
Before joining Kenvue, Bhawna worked at Johnson & Johnson, where she contributed to Executive Search for the Consumer Health and Supply Chain sectors, helping leadership teams optimize talent decisions and enhance organizational performance. Her tenure at J&J built her foundation in leadership consulting and succession planning at a global level.
Earlier, Bhawna served as Client Partner, Global Industrial Markets at Korn Ferry, where she co-led the firm’s Agribusiness and Food Innovation Practice in Asia and led the Infrastructure and Mobility Practices across ASEAN. Over eight years with the firm, she designed and delivered executive search, leadership consulting, and talent transformation projects for industrial and infrastructure clients across emerging markets, helping organizations align people strategy with growth imperatives.
Her prior experiences include roles at Enabling.Win, Black & Veatch Consultants, and Singapore’s Public Utilities Board (PUB), where she managed large-scale engineering and business development projects. Bhawna holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, blending technical expertise with business leadership in her career.
