Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Bikash Joshi has been appointed as the Chief Product Officer at dMACQ, where he will lead the company’s product innovation strategy and oversee the development of cutting-edge digital solutions for enterprise information management.
Bikash Joshi brings extensive expertise in product management and user experience design, with nearly seven years at Jio, where he held leadership roles. As Senior Product Manager and UX Design Lead, he led the development of successful B2B SaaS products like JioWorks, RServiceDesk, and JioCX, focusing on human-centric design and customer satisfaction strategies. Earlier at Jio, he served as Product Manager and UX Design Lead, managing a team of UX designers and contributing to the company’s product success by improving user engagement and customer experience.
Before joining Jio, Bikash worked at Integreon for nearly four years as a Shift Lead, where he managed a team of designers, mentors, and workflow coordinators. He was responsible for ensuring high-quality design output and process optimization, contributing significantly to team performance and client satisfaction.
Prior to Integreon, Bikash served as a Business Presentation Specialist at McKinsey & Company, focusing on high-quality presentation design and collaboration with consultants on data visualization and storytelling strategies. He also worked at Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd. as a Revenue Assurance Executive, where he conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborated with the IT and marketing teams for seamless product launches.
