With nearly three decades of global experience in technology and consulting, Bipinchandra Ranade brings a proven record of building large-scale delivery organizations, driving digital transformation, and nurturing high-performance teams. His leadership will be instrumental in advancing Genzeon’s delivery governance, innovation-led execution, and customer-centric growth model.
Before joining Genzeon, Ranade served as Vice President and Delivery Head – Life Sciences at LTIMindtree, where he oversaw global delivery operations, large transformation programs, and major customer portfolios across multiple geographies. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at Birlasoft, including Global Delivery & BU Head – Life Sciences and Vice President – Medical Devices ITaaS, where he significantly strengthened the company’s healthcare delivery capabilities and business growth.
Earlier in his career, Bipinchandra Ranade spent over a decade at Cognizant, holding senior positions such as AVP – Healthcare Payer Cloud Operations and Senior Director – Payer Cloud Operations. His expertise in cloud modernization, scalable operating models, and digital healthcare transformation played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global healthcare practice. He also gained foundational experience in product engineering and consulting at Syntel and CGI, establishing a strong base in technology delivery and client partnership.
As Chief Delivery Officer, Ranade will lead Genzeon’s end-to-end delivery strategy, driving excellence across AI, automation, data engineering, and digital modernization initiatives. His appointment reinforces Genzeon’s commitment to delivering innovative, compliant, and outcome-driven healthcare technology solutions worldwide.
