Denver, Colorado, United States, December 2024 – Bo Heitz has joined Pursuit Collection as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Heitz will lead the company’s financial strategy, overseeing key operations to drive growth and enhance profitability for the organization’s inspiring adventure travel experiences.
Prior to joining Pursuit Collection, Bo Heitz spent over a decade at Vail Resorts, where he held several senior roles. Most recently, he served as VP of Corporate & Mountain Finance, where he managed financial operations and strategic decision-making across the company. Earlier roles included VP of Strategic Development, Investor Relations & Corporate FP&A, where he led financial planning and analysis, and VP of Strategic Development, Investor Relations & Treasury, overseeing investor relations and treasury functions.
Before Vail Resorts, Heitz served as a Private Equity Associate at The Riverside Company, where he focused on investing in middle-market companies. He also gained extensive investment banking experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair, leading several high-profile M&A and equity transactions.
Heitz’s early career includes a Summer Analyst role with BMO Capital Markets in their Food & Consumer Group and a position at Insight Beverages, where he contributed to financial forecasting and organizational improvements. He also worked as a Recruiter and Manager at The Classic Catering People, managing a dynamic team of over 65 workers weekly.
