In his new role, he will lead the strategic direction for both human resources and product development, focusing on enhancing organizational growth and innovation.
Brady House has been with Magnum Venus Products for approximately 2 years, previously serving as Vice President of Human Resources, where he spearheaded organizational transformation initiatives, optimized HR strategies, and strengthened leadership development efforts.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Reily Foods Company for over 6 years, progressing from HR Business Partner to HR Director – Business Partnerships, where he was instrumental in implementing talent strategies and employee development programs. Prior to this, he held multiple HR leadership positions at Edfinancial Services and Luxottica Retail, gaining expertise in talent management, organizational change, and business alignment.
