Berlin, Germany, January 2025 – Marina Wetzel has been promoted to the role of Vice President, Global People & Performance at Atheneum, marking a significant advancement in her career with the organization. In her new capacity, Marina will lead global HR strategies, talent development, and organizational performance initiatives to drive company-wide growth.
Marina has been with Atheneum for approximately 5 years and 6 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Global Head of People, where she successfully spearheaded HR strategies and employee engagement programs. She also held roles as Global Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist, showcasing her steady progression and contributions to the company’s people management functions.
Before joining Atheneum, Marina gained valuable experience at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin and Schoeller & von Rehlingen Public Relations GmbH, where she developed a strong foundation in team management and organizational effectiveness.
