Brady Pyle Appointed as Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer at Space Center Houston

Houston, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Brady Pyle has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer (CHRIO) at Space Center Houston. In his new role, Brady will lead efforts to foster a thriving and inclusive culture, supporting the Center’s mission of igniting curiosity and passion for space. He will oversee strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, and the promotion of a collaborative and people-driven environment. Brady is excited to help steward the Center’s culture, which emphasizes enthusiasm for space, the power of inclusivity, and the championing of curiosity.

Brady has been with Space Center Houston for over a year, previously serving as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this capacity, he was responsible for leading HR strategy and operations, including benefits programs, recruitment, employee relations, and development. His work has been integral to ensuring Space Center Houston’s workforce is motivated and engaged in alignment with the organization’s mission.

Before joining Space Center Houston, Brady held several leadership roles at NASA, including Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer and Director of HR Services at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. With over 27 years at NASA, Brady led a wide range of HR initiatives, such as workforce development, organizational performance, and HR transformation across multiple NASA centers. His efforts significantly contributed to NASA’s status as one of the best places to work in the federal government.

In addition to his roles in HR, Brady is also the Founder & President of Out of This World Leadership, a coaching and leadership development initiative. He is a well-known speaker and coach, delivering keynotes and workshops around the globe on leadership, innovation, and inclusion.

As a top Houston attraction, it features an extensive science education program, space museum, and the largest collection of space artifacts in the Southwestern U.S. Since its opening in 1992, the Center has welcomed over 22 million visitors and currently hosts 1 million annually.
