His leadership was instrumental in implementing total rewards programs, career path planning, and cultural transformation initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Brian led HR and corporate operations at Atlas Machine & Supply, Inc., serving as Vice President of People and Culture. He spearheaded HR modernization efforts, compensation strategy development, and workforce alignment with business objectives.

With a career spanning HR strategy, compliance, compensation planning, and talent management, Brian Pait brings a data-driven, people-centric approach to his new role, ensuring that Fives Intralogistics Corp. remains a leader in employee experience and organizational development.
