Prior to this appointment, Brian Pait served as Director of Human Resources and Environmental Health/Safety at Fives Intralogistics Corp., where he was responsible for enhancing HR policies, workforce planning, compliance, and employee development programs. His efforts significantly contributed to streamlining HR operations and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Before joining Fives Intralogistics, Brian held the role of Vice President of Talent Engagement at Trilogy Health Services, LLC, where he led HR transformation, talent engagement, and workforce retention strategies. Earlier in his career, Brian led HR and corporate operations at Atlas Machine & Supply, Inc., serving as Vice President of People and Culture. He spearheaded HR modernization efforts, compensation strategy development, and workforce alignment with business objectives.
