New York, May 2024 – Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, is pleased to announce that Brittany DeLuca has joined the company as Vice President, Human Resources. Brittany brings over 13 years of experience in HR leadership and operations to her new role, where she will focus on enhancing HR strategies and supporting Blackstone’s global workforce.
Career Journey and Experience
Brittany joins Blackstone after a successful 13-year career at Goldman Sachs. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Global Banking & Markets Business Partner from October 2023 to April 2024. In this role, she provided strategic HR guidance and business partnership for the Global Banking & Markets division.
Prior to that, Brittany was the Global Head of Employee Relations Operations at Goldman Sachs from October 2015 to October 2023. In this position, she managed employee relations operations globally, overseeing conflict resolution, investigations, and compliance matters.
From July 2012 to October 2015, Brittany held the position of Vice President in Liquidity Operations at Goldman Sachs, where she managed liquidity risk and operational processes. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Regulatory Operations from November 2010 to July 2012, working on regulatory compliance and operational controls.
