Perth, Western Australia, Australia, September 2025 – P&N Bank has announced the appointment of Brittany Nguyen as Chief People Officer (Acting). In her new role, Nguyen will lead the organisation’s people and culture function, strengthening employee capability and supporting the bank’s mission of delivering customer-first, community-oriented financial services.
Nguyen has been with P&N Bank for more than six years, steadily progressing through leadership roles across human resources and people capability. Most recently, she served as Head of People Capability and Culture, where she provided strategic leadership on workforce development and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, she worked as Senior Manager, People Capability and Culture, driving large-scale HR projects and embedding practices that elevated organisational culture.
Earlier in her tenure at P&N Bank, Nguyen held senior roles including Senior Manager, Human Resources, Manager, Human Resources (WA), and Human Resources Business Partner, where she played an important role in shaping HR operations and supporting key transformation programs across the bank. Her journey at the organisation began in 2019 as Human Resources Specialist, before moving into progressively senior leadership responsibilities.
Before joining P&N Bank, Nguyen spent more than four years at The ORS Group, where she rose through roles from HR Generalist to HR Manager, gaining extensive experience in people leadership, employee relations, and compliance. She also worked at Savcor as HR Advisor and HR Administrator, where she supported recruitment, workforce planning, and HR systems management.
Nguyen began her career as an Assistant Coordinator – Training at Samarthan-Centre for Development Support, later expanding her HR expertise through early career positions at Savcor. Her progressive career reflects a strong dedication to advancing workplace culture, employee capability, and leadership alignment with organisational goals.
